Chair, Hon. Ned M. Rosenberg, J.S.C. (Ret.)
Trenk Isabel Siddiqi & Shahdanian’s Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) practice provides mediation and arbitration services to parties seeking to resolve legal disputes outside the traditional courtroom process. Drawing on extensive judicial, litigation and transactional experience, our attorneys serving as mediators and arbitrators help parties navigate complex disputes and pursue practical, efficient resolutions.
Alternative dispute resolution offers individuals, businesses and their attorneys an opportunity to resolve disputes without the time, expense and uncertainty often associated with litigation. Whether through mediation or arbitration, our practice provides an informed, impartial approach to evaluating legal issues, identifying areas of agreement and facilitating resolution. When serving as a mediator or an arbitrator, our attorneys act as neutrals and do not represent any party.
A central member of the practice is the Hon. Ned M. Rosenberg, J.S.C. (Ret.), who served on the Superior Court of New Jersey for more than a decade. During his judicial tenure, Judge Rosenberg presided over civil, criminal and family law matters, including jury and non-jury trials and Chancery litigation. Since retiring from the bench in 2016, he has concentrated on mediation and arbitration, bringing his judicial perspective and more than three decades of prior private practice experience to the resolution of disputes. Judge Rosenberg also serves on the commercial, consumer and family panels of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) for both arbitration and mediation.
Our attorneys understand that every dispute presents unique legal and practical challenges. We work with parties and their counsel to provide a professional, constructive environment for resolving disagreements, with an emphasis on efficiency, fairness and informed decision-making.
Our ADR practice also draws on our attorneys’ experience in commercial litigation, business disputes, and employment law. Together, the team offers a broad understanding of the legal, financial and practical considerations that can influence settlement negotiations and dispute resolution.
Our services include:
- Mediation: Assisting parties and their counsel in negotiating mutually acceptable resolutions through a confidential, structured process facilitated by a neutral mediator.
