Partner Reginald Jenkins, Jr. Wins Unanimous Approval from the City of Orange Township Planning Board for Three Development Sites in Orange, New Jersey

Reginald Jenkins, Jr.The Trenk Isabel Siddiqi & Shahdanian Real Estate & Land Use team led by partner Reginald Jenkins, Jr. recently won unanimous approvals from the City of Orange Township Planning Board for three developments.

“We appreciate the Planning Board’s unanimous approval for these projects, which align well with the town’s zoning regulations and community goals,” said Jenkins. “We anticipate a smooth process ahead related to permits and other regulatory requirements and look forward to the positive impact the projects will have on the city.”

50 Main Street
Jenkins and his client VA 50 M LLC received unanimous approval for 50 Main Street, located in the Main Street Redevelopment and Rehabilitation Area, Plan Area C. The 6-story mixed-use building includes 11,000 sf of commercial space on the ground floor and 457 residential apartments on the 2nd through 6th floors, as well as 459 parking spaces. John Saracco of John Saracco Architect, LLC provided the architectural services for the project. Michael E. Dipple, P.E. and the team at L2A Land Design, LLC provided the civil engineering and site plan services. Traffic engineering services were provided by Andrew J. Vischio, PE, PTOE and the team at Stonefield Engineering & Design, LLC.

299 Reynolds Terrace
Jenkins and his client 299 Reynolds NJ, LLC received unanimous approval for 299 Reynolds Terrace, located in the Main Street Redevelopment and Rehabilitation Area, Plan Area C, for a 5-story multi-family building that includes 20 residential apartments and 20 parking spaces. Matthew B. Jarmel, AIA, MBA and Gerard P. Gesario, PE and the team at Jarmel Kizel Architects and Engineers, Inc. provided the architectural and civil engineering and site plan services.

27 Bell Street
Jenkins and his client 27 BSTO Urban Renewal LLC led by Dennis McNeil, received unanimous approval for 27 Bell Street, located in the Main Street Redevelopment and Rehabilitation Plan Area, for a 5-story multi-family building that includes 26 residential apartments and 31 parking spaces. Arlenis Dominiquez, LEED, AP, BD&C of Vivid Arc provided the architectural services for the project. Paul W. Anderson, P.E. and the team at Anderson Consulting Services LLC provided the civil engineering and site plan services.
