Asaad Siddiqi Commends Bergen County Bar Association on Pronoun Removal from Bylaws

Trenk Isabel Siddiqi & Shahdanian applauds the Bergen County Bar Association’s recognition of the importance of language and its efforts to remove exclusionary language in its bylaws. In any interview with NJ.com, Asaad K. Siddiqi said, “We now live in a world where the unspoken can lead to misunderstanding. Inclusion was already part of the oxygen and the ethos, but now what was implied is written expressly.”
