Jack A. Treacy is an associate in the firm’s Commercial Litigation practice group. Prior to joining the firm, he served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Jodi L. Rosenberg in the Chancery Division, Family Part of the New Jersey Superior Court in Essex County.

Jack earned his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2025. During law school, Jack gained experience in private practice, including in the areas of commercial litigation, estate administration, personal injury, and probate litigation. He also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Jodi L. Rosenberg.

While at Seton Hall Law, Jack was recognized as Best Oral Advocate Appellant and was a member of the Corporate Law Society, Entertainment and Sports Law Society, and Irish American Law Students Association, where he served as Social Chair.

Before law school, Jack earned his B.A. in Political Science from Villanova University, where he was named to the Dean’s List for five semesters.
