New Jersey Law Journal Features Asaad K. Siddiqi in Q&A for “Diverse Attorneys of the Year” Recognition

The New Jersey Law Journal featured a Q&A with director Asaad K. Siddiqi in a series highlighting 2023 Diverse Attorneys of the Year honorees.

In the article, “‘Believing in Your People Will Inspire Them,’ Says Asaad K. Siddiqi,” the co-founder offered reflection on his proudest achievements of the past two years, advice to young attorneys seeking to make an impact, and perspective on how law firms can retain talent through strong mentorship.

“My entire career has been about opening doors. We all have different backgrounds, different experiences, and different outlooks on life and the practice of law, and I think all of those perspectives deserve to be heard and shared. These conversations enrich the legal profession,” said Siddiqi in the article.

Siddiqi was one of 14 attorneys selected by the editors of the New Jersey Law Journal for exhibiting passion for and commitment to the law and the advancement of the legal profession in 2023.
