David L. Isabel and Erin F. Duffin Speak at Environmental Summit Hosted by NFP, an Aon Company
Firm director David L. Isabel, Chair of the firm’s Environmental Law practice, and associate Erin F. Duffin recently participated as speakers at the 2026 Environmental Summit hosted by NFP, an Aon Company, in Las Vegas, Nevada. The invitation-only event brought together environmental insurance brokers, underwriters, developers, attorneys, and environmental consultants from across the country to discuss emerging issues affecting the industry.
David spoke on environmental due diligence considerations and environmental insurance coverage issues, addressing risk management strategies and practical considerations for transactions and development projects.
Erin presented on the evolving regulatory and litigation landscape surrounding per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS), including recent enforcement trends and developments impacting businesses, property owners, and insurers.
The summit provided attendees with an opportunity to exchange insights on some of the most significant environmental challenges facing businesses and insurers today.
