Trenk Isabel Siddiqi & Shahdanian Welcomes Partner Patrick D. Tobia
Trenk Isabel Siddiqi & Shahdanian, P.C. is pleased to announce the arrival of partner Patrick D. Tobia to the firm’s Commercial Litigation and Labor & Employment Law groups.
Tobia has decades of experience managing litigation matters for clients in state and federal courts from the initial investigation through trial and appeal, bringing a practical and common-sense approach to his clients which include contractors, business owners, architects, real estate agents, and fiduciaries. He draws on his background as a former member of the Chatham Borough Zoning Board of Adjustment to assist clients on issues involving preference claims, fair debt collection and fair credit reporting, lien law, consumer fraud, construction and easements. Tobia also leverages his transactional experience to resolve matters involving contracts, corporate governance, employment, restrictive covenants, as well as real estate and probate.
Tobia earned his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law and received his B.A. from Rutgers University. He is a member of the New Jersey Complex Business Court (CBC) Rules Subcommittee, where he was responsible for writing the CBC’s rules. Tobia was also previously appointed by the U.S. District Court of New Jersey as a mediator and pro bono counsel.
