Trenk Isabel Attorneys Obtain Complete Dismissal of Tort Claims Against Municipal Client

The Trenk Isabel Siddiqi & Shahdanian Government Representation Practice Group recently secured summary judgment on behalf of a municipal client, resulting in the dismissal with prejudice of tort claims asserted against the municipality.

Following extensive discovery, motion practice, and oral argument, the Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division, Essex County ruled in the client’s favor, ending the litigation without the need for trial.
