We invite you to read this Spotlight and learn more about Ryan’s approach to client service.

How do you believe your background or experiences outside of law shape the way you practice?

My service as a Marine remains one of the most formative experiences of my life. Though I’m no longer on active duty, I live by the Marine Corps motto, or “always faithful,” still guides me every day. For my clients, that means I approach every matter with loyalty, diligence, and a commitment to seeing it through. My military background also gave me a deep understanding of leadership, responsibility, and accountability – qualities that help me relate to business owners navigating the demands of running a company and staying compliant.

What’s the most fulfilling part of your work, and how does that impact the way you approach each case?

While securing the most favorable resolution is always the goal, I find deep fulfillment in guiding clients through what can be a stressful and unfamiliar process, especially for those facing litigation for the first time. I work to keep communication open, address concerns promptly, and ensure clients understand each step, so they feel supported as well as well-represented.

If a client were to work with you on a long-term basis, what would they come to know about you beyond your legal expertise?

They would learn that before practicing law, I built a diverse professional background, including service as a Corporal and Avionics Technician in the United States Marine Corps. These experiences allow me to connect with clients from many walks of life, both personally and professionally. Over time, that connection builds trust, trust that enables me to advocate with both skill and genuine dedication.
