What is the most fulfilling part of your work, and how does that impact the way you approach each case?
I am fortunate to work with a great group of clients and have developed long-term professional relationships with many of them. I aim to understand their businesses and their specific needs and challenges, and it is fulfilling to align our understanding of how we should approach each matter and collaboratively develop a strategy together for moving forward and achieving the client’s goals.
If a client were to work with you on a long-term basis, what would they come to know about you beyond your legal expertise?
Working with clients long term, on a variety of matters, allows for a deeper understanding of their business objectives and needs. I always appreciate the opportunity to work with clients long term because it provides an opportunity to develop a positive atmosphere of collaboration and trust that serves us well when we are confronting and seeking to resolve complex issues together.
What’s your approach to working with colleagues or junior attorneys, and how do you help them navigate challenges in their careers?
I enjoy working with our talented Associates. We primarily work together in person so that we can collaborate on each active matter together. It is particularly rewarding to witness their progression from assisting with matters and learning about the practice of law to actively contributing to our cases. This fosters a positive work environment because it illustrates that we, as a team, are growing together and can rely on one another.
