Richard D. Trenk Quoted in Law360 Article about Camden Diocese’s Modified Chapter 11 Plan of Reorganization

As reported in the Law360 article “Camden Diocese Tweaks Ch. 11 Plan After Prior Denial,” a Nov. 9 hearing on confirmation of the Diocese of Camden’s modified Chapter 11 plan of reorganization has been scheduled by U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Jerrold N. Poslusny. Trenk Isabel Siddiqi &  Shahdanian director Richard D. Trenk and partner Robert S. Roglieri represent the Diocese of Camden. Trenk stated, “We believe the First Modified Eight Amended Plan of Reorganization positively meets all of the court’s concerns. We are pleased the court has scheduled November 9 for confirmation. The Diocese of Camden looks forward to emerging from Chapter 11 and meeting its obligations to the survivors and continuing its critical mission for all of South Jersey.”

The case is In re: Diocese of Camden, New Jersey, case number 1:20-bk-21257, in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey.
