The New Jersey Law Journal has announced this year’s winners of the New Jersey Legal Awards, and among them is firm partner Robert “Bobby” Roglieri who, at the age of 35, has been honored in the category of New Leaders of the Bar.
According to the New Jersey Law Journal, the New Leaders of the Bar honor recognizes attorneys “yet to reach the age of 40 who bring both notable achievements and outstanding potential to the table. Achievements as a practitioner, businessperson, organization leader and member of the legal community in New Jersey all are considered.”
Within the firm’s Bankruptcy and Corporate Restructuring and Commercial Litigation practices, Bobby serves as counsel to Chapter 7 bankruptcy trustees and receivers in insolvency proceedings and has handled a variety of complex restructuring cases for clients including retailers, real estate developers and grocery stores. He also has significant experience in commercial litigation matters involving fraudulent transfers, breach of contract disputes, partnership disputes and emergent proceedings seeking temporary restraints and injunctions.
Additionally, for Legal Services of New Jersey and Volunteer Lawyers for Justice, he has handled Chapter 7 cases for individuals, many of them single women with children who are struggling financially. He also regularly provides pro bono representation to victims of domestic violence through Partners (fka Partners for Women and Justice).
Bobby will be celebrated at the New Jersey Law Journal awards dinner on October 29, 2024.
