Isabel’s environmental practice focuses on litigation arising out of the purchase and sale of industrial real estate, site investigation and remediation, condemnation and redevelopment projects, environmental insurance and insurance coverage, cost recovery actions, enforcement proceedings, and matters involving regulated and protected lands. He also advises clients on environmental compliance, permitting, due diligence, and transactional risk allocation, and negotiates contracts, permits, approvals, and agreements related to the acquisition, development, remediation, and disposition of contaminated properties.
