Victoria K. Mastrofilippo is an associate in the firm’s Commercial Litigation and Labor & Employment groups. Prior to joining the firm, Victoria served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Michael N. Beukas, J.S.C., in the Civil Division of New Jersey Superior Court, Bergen County.
During law school, Victoria participated in the firm’s 2L Clerk program in 2023, researching relevant case law and drafting memoranda relating to pending client matters, as well as assisting in preparation for court proceedings, depositions, and client meetings.
Additionally, Victoria served as a legal intern in the Appellate Section of the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office, where she argued municipal appeals on behalf of the State; as a legal intern with the Center for Hope and Safety, providing legal assistance to victims of domestic violence; as a judicial intern for the Honorable Mark T. Janeczko, J.S.C., in the Family Part of the Chancery Division of New Jersey Superior Court; as a legal intern with Seton Hall Law’s Center for Social Justice for their Housing Justice Project; and as a Deputy Clerk for the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
Also while in law school, Victoria worked as a student attorney with the Seton Hall Family Law Clinic, served as Treasurer of the Family Law Society and as a Mentor in the Student Bar Association Mentorship Program, and participated in the Leadership Fellows Program under the direction of Professor Paula Franzese.
