Sabrina is a litigation attorney based in New Jersey with a concentration on employment law, labor law, and government representation. In her employment law practice, she advocates for both employees bringing claims against employers and for employers defending against such claims. Her work covers a wide range of issues, including wrongful termination, hostile work environment, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and violations of employment contracts. Additionally, Sabrina routinely counsels employers on compliance with employment laws at the federal, state, and local levels. In a similar vein, she also assists employers in conducting internal investigations.
Sabrina’s government law practice is dedicated to providing comprehensive legal counsel to local public entities as they navigate an expanding array of legal issues. She also conducts training sessions for local public employees to assist them in understanding workplace laws and rights related to harassment; discrimination; and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Sabrina began her legal studies in 2019 at Seton Hall University School of Law. Immediately following law school, she became a judicial clerk to the Honorable Joseph G. Monaghan, J.S.C., the supervising Judge of the Special Civil Part (SCP), in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Bergen County Vicinage. Through this clerkship she gained experience with Small Claims (SC), Special Civil (DC) and residential Landlord-Tenant (LT) matters. Following her clerkship, she became an associate at a private firm specializing in insurance defense of actions pertaining to personal injuries.
